Are you able to see ghosts? There are an unexpectedly large number of
people who don’t realise they can. I’m going to introduce you to a simple
test that will let you know whether you can see ghosts or not.
First, find a quiet spot and close your eyes. Then imagine the front
door of your childhood home as accurately as possible. Once you’ve done
that, open the door and walk in. Then open every window in the house, one
after the other.
Once you’ve successfully opened all the windows, proceed to close
them all in the opposite order to how you just opened them. Then, finally,
leave the house and it’s all over. You can open your eyes again.
Question. Did you happen to see anyone in the hall or rooms while
you were imagining your house? Supposing you did, then there is a good
chance that you are able to see ghosts. The more attuned you are to seeing
ghosts, the more people you will see in your house

I cant control my imagination and its so frustrating. Suppose im walking and i impulsively imagine a rope tied around me. No matter what I imagine or try to get away from it it will always pull me down. I imagine a jetpack, burning the rope, blowing the planet up. The more I try, the more I think of it.

I guess thats just how the brain works. The only answer is to accept your thoughts in passing and not obsess over them.

Do you like video games? Of course, video games are fun, but if you play
them constantly, it’s dangerous for your health. If you play games every day
for a long period of time, I want you to listen carefully to what I have to
say, because it’s likely that you already have “game brain.”
Games use simple, repetitive actions, and those lower the capacity of
your brain’s frontal regions. This leaves you in a state not too dissimilar to
dementia. Playing games for too long will leave you unable to control
yourself, making you quick to anger and more likely to commit crimes. The
only way to avoid game brain is to stop playing games immediately and live
a healthy life.
