Not billiverdin/rubin because that means you have a fistula between the bladder/ureter and coledoc/CB duct and that causes pain.
Maybe detox phenol compunds from some drugs can cause this, but I don't know what drugs are you taken.
Asparagus and some leeks (all Asparagales) have green pigments that don't suffer main hepatic detox CYP metabolization.
Some bacteria can synthesize phenolic compunds and Pseudomonas can synthesize piocyanin which is green too. UTI causes back pain, do you have that?
Mayyybe metal poisoning could cause green urine too.
