If you feel the urge to eat chips or any other snack, eat some fat-free microwave kettlecorn. It's like 260 calories in each pouch, fills like 3 bowls. Also drink more water.

Eat less deep fried food. Avoid sugared soda and booze. Those are empty calories. Club soda/diet soda is a nice substitute.

Try to use less condiments on food. Mexicans dump all sorts of sauces on a lot of their foods and drink sugared coke like water, which is why they look like diabeto.

If you get fast food, avoid combos with fries. Just get the sandwich and a low calorie drink. Fries don't keep you full.

Vommit maxxing will erode your teeth because every time you vomit, the stomach acid erodes your teeth. It can also cause Electrolyte imbalance, dehydration, hypotension, acid reflux, and all sorts of other problems.
