I did catch HCoV-OC43 (very mild fever+cough) like in the middle of 2019 when I was doing hospital area rotation (6th med), I think it gave me immunity at least until the omicron variant till 2021. I did catch the omicron but it lasted like 2 days.
Also no one forced us to take the vaxx in 2022 though.
Also, funnily enough, I was doing the final degree project about vaccine development.
