I recently decided to start going to a proper grocery store rather than the dollar store to get my food and I try to get mostly salad stuff, chicken, tuna, and other types of fish. I posted about my food composition just a bit ago, basically it's salads for regular meals with bananas or a cookie every once in a while as a treat. I try to drink only water, green tea, coke zero, or energy drinks at a 60-70% water 40-30% other shit ratio. If I had the money for it I'd get a treadmill but as it stands I have $100 in my bank acct and like $400 in total assets but I don't wanna touch my investments. Pics are me at ~18-19 vs me a few months ago. It's not so bad if I suck my tummy in like in pic 2 but I think if I can't lose substantial weight by like this summer I'm just gonna rope the weight loss thing, accept that I'm too old and manly and just start focusing on getting ripped rather than being skinny. Shit sucks because I'd rather not be all big and masculine if I can help it but I'd rather do that than become the Brazilian guy who thinks he looks 17, chasing something I just can't look like.
