This has been noted in conjunction with other bizarre behaviours.
>Day 12Patient now exclusively wears women's clothing. Their language is bizarre, seemingly a mashup of phrases taken from other imageboards and ones developed on their own discord servers. Their sexual preferences have now turned from anime girls with penises to young anime girls with penises. They claimed that this newfound sexual proclivity was not pedophilic, but then went on to say "pedophilia is aryan, you fucking shartycuck" when further questioned.

After they were refused their 3rd hourly dose of HRT, they began to call the workers "kabbalistic saturnian agents of the demiurge" who "prevented her from reaching hyperborean gnosis".
