if you love a person you want this person to be well o algo, one thing is health
so when a factor such as an illness harms their body, you try to stop it, aldoe the illness is caused by living things like fungi, bacterias, I don't know bout viruses' status doe, you have to kill them, you can't love dem o algo
or if another human wants to harm your loved human you can't love all humans therefore
or if you want to treat your loved one to tasty food like a burger, you need the flesh from a killed animal, you can't say you love the killed animal
therefore one needs to be specific about "love"
