From there you can either watch Kai which removes the filler but also removes the violence, watch Z and skip the filler, or read the manga. I personally like the filler from Z's original broadcast but the series is already long without it and I would also personally watch or read all of the original but again it's also long and not seeing it won't take away your enjoyment from most of the later arcs.
